OVERCLOCking a celeborn 2.4ghz

Ok details i have a 2.4ghz celeborn L1 catch processor i have no idea what motherboard.
Well i want to overclock this baby but i have never done it before and i need to do it right for this comp is the only i got and if i mess up i have a serious problem.
So i need instructions threw the bios AND HOW TO get to the bios like how do i get to the thing your talking about be specific please i dont want to destroy this comp. Hal9000 i value your opinion so any info would be nice

What kind of computer is this in? Is it in a HP or Compaq? If it is, you can't overclock it...brand name computer don't allow those kind of adjustments.

And the term is "cache", not "catch".

Sorry to invade your threat but i'm guessing this would also apply to a Packard Bell?

I highly doubt it... but double check the motherboard for jumpers or dipswitches.... I have seen the odd HP with dip switches that you could up the FSB on.
