Ok I just bought a Antec PlusView1000AMG Metallic Gray SOHO File Server case and now I need a power supply, can someone tell me a good but reasonable priced one I should get for my case?

Get Antec, Sparkle, Chieftec, Enermax. They are good and reliable brands. You should have gotten an Antec case with a built-in PSU. It's usually cheaper if they come bundled together.

300W is enough to run most systems, if you'd like get 360 just to be safe, or if you may need to perform upgrades in the future...

Sure, depending the Min Req. (Chances are, they will, 360W is also for some breathing room over the 300W) for the upgrades meet. Anything in my opinion over 360W is overkill...

You can get a PSU made by a different company. Just make sure that the PSU's dimensions fit the case.

Yes, those will fit together.

As long as the case and power supply are ATX, they'll work together fine. The size of the power supply and the bolt pattern follow the ATX standard and will fit in any ATX case.
