Thermo Electric Cooling

I have heard that thermo electric cooling is able to cool up to 4GHz. Has anyone heard this and/or does anyone know of any reviews I can read about thermo electric cooling? Thanks.

You can google for TECs, Peltiers, solid state cooling, themo electric cooling and the like if you want some reviews.

I'm sure you could cool up to 4Ghz with a peltier, so long as you are able to cool off the hot side of the peliter reasonably well. They make them in all sizes from a dozen or so watts to several hundred watts, you just need to buy one that has a good enough capacity for your CPU, and then use watercooling or something sufficiently powerful for the hot side of it.
