I'm a little hazy with the description and wanna know if anyone has run into one of these before. I am wondering if it will allow me to read my digital flash cards? |

Are your cards one of the following?
Compact Flash, MicroDrive, MemoryStick, SmartMedia, MultiMedia, or Secure Digital Cards. If so, then yes.... if not, then no. TwoRails |

You also need an internal USB header on the motherboard to install it.

All the recent motherboards I've worked with have had them, but you should double check that the motherboard you're interested in has at least 1 header available for the card reader/floppy drive thing.
