IDE Cable

I just ordered new IDE cables(The ones where they glow red and are thin), I was only able to find ATA 133/100 complient from coolerguys.com
just wondering if these are good for the hard drive and cd-rom.

Those are fine, the "ATA100/133 compliant" means they are 80-wire cables.
