Best fitting CPU cooler 4 Gigabyte 7NNXP

Specs

AMD 2500XP Barton (200FSB ) o'c to 3200
Gigabyte 7nnXP (462 socket)
2x 512 Corsiar 3200c2 xms (400)
ATI Radeon 9800XT (at 66)
Audigy 2
Seagate Sata 150 -160 GB
Maxtor 60GB
Thermaltake side window fan
Aspire Xsuperalien case

I want to get a CPU Cooler (new heat sink + fan) for my 7NNXP motherboard since I dont want to o'c for long useing the stock heatsink and fan but just by browsing through newegg I can't really tell if it will fit my mobo. The place is rather tight so I am wondering if anyone outhere has a 7nnxp (or from the same series) that figured out which one to use.
Curently Im overcloking to 3200 with cpu v raised to 1.65. The system gets unstable after couple of hours of use due to heat. (I guess)

Any comments welcome!

This cooler is designed to fit on any Socket A board.

The Speeze is another good choice, just measure the cpu socket and area around it to see if it will fit.
