PIII overclocking (temperature help)

I've overclocked my PIII 850mhz to 1.3ghz. I need to know what the ideal temp for the cpu should be. After running it for 10 mins the temp was hovering arround 120 degrees or so. What is the max it should ever reach?

is that reading in C or F ?
if F it is good

anywhere from normal room temp to 120 F is a good area.
but will and can run good much higher temps.

That temp is fine...that's only 49C (pretty good for a OC'd PIII).

You want to keep the temps below 70C or 160F.
