how to set up printer queue?

hei i have some questions

there are 2 printers in our office
we want to set up once one printer get more thant 50 users printing at the same time, and switche those jobs to the second printer. so that way we can use our printer more efficiently. can any one tell me how to set it up. thank you

You can set up one printer as default for half the users and default the other for rest of the users. This would need to be done on each computer.

or the other thought would be to use a print server and set it up that way
