Proper fan setup

I found in my moms bf's computer stuff an extra heatsink fan that I now installed into my CPU. However, when I placed the main (80mm) fan back in the "exhaust cone" I might have put it in reversed or might have been reversed to begin with since this isn't the first time I removed it from there. Ok so how should these fans be set up for best flow / cooling?

Currently my main fan (80mm) is sucking air OUT from the CPU through the exhaust cone and out the back of the computer while the smaller heatsink fan over the CPU is blowing it towards it. Does this create turbulence / decreased cooling or do I have it setup right?

Air comes in the front
Pushed onto the CPU/heatsink
And out the back of the case
