I hear a slight humming noise inside of my computer. Would the case fans be causing this or CPU fan or the power fan. What can I do to make computer run quieter? I have 3 case fans running. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You pretty much have to take the side off and put your ear right down in there while it is running to pinpoint the exact source of the noise...

I had a similar situation. I shut it down and unplugged one thing(anything with a fan) and restarted until I found the noise.

Yes he is right, that the unplugging method is even better cause I remeber having same problem too, and even with my head in there and all 4 fans running it was hard to pinpoint the exact one. You don't want to unplug your processor HSF though but should be safe to unplug all the case fans for a bit and then you'll just have the power supply fan and processor fan and vid card and chipset fans if you have those to try to pinpoint the noise down to. I probably wouldn't want to fire up my PC with any of those latter fans I mentioned unplugged either, chipset or vid card....
