My CPU fan is a Speeze rated for my AMD 2500+
Case is a mid-tower modded to suppport 120mm intake and 62mm exhaust..... I have a full RAID array with 3 scsi drives, 2 IDE drives 2 cd roms, an AGP and 3 PCIs filled currently Current temp at default clock speed is Case = 20c CPU = 39c Funny enough , I was getting 42c on the CPU until I made a slight mod to the exhaust fan and offset it about a 1/4 inch off the back panel.. I did this by taking small zip-ties and zipping it to the holes (its not seated or screwed in,, its floatinf a 1/4 inch off the hole... another thing , was to cut out that aluminum sad excuse for a fan grill (exhaust doesnt need one unless you have a dog/kids) yay I guess its time to OC just a bit... ![]() KMART |

35-41C CPU, I have 2 case fans both on the side, both blowing in, this is my first build, I didn't know any better, but the temps are OK so I'm leaving it as is.
Good exhuast airflow thru the front and back openings where other fans could go.
