liquid cooloin
i am about to purchase a new £500 liquid coolin system and i was wondering if it was worth spending the money on a 8ghz processor for the same price. i need help

8ghz processor do you mean 800mhz? but cooling is good if you are goin got overclock because it keeps the entire computer very cool.

They don't manufacture 8Ghz Proccesors, and the higest OC I've seen was up to 5Ghz - With Liquid Nitrogen cooling. Water cooling is a bit too excessive unless your planning on Ocing the comp. If not, a few Panflo L1A's will perform well as a relatively cheap, good way of cooling your system...

from what i've seen and heard water cooling kits cost a lit and don't work very well. most leak and the pumps lock up on them. a better way to go if you want water cooling is to build your own custom kit. its a little cheaper and will work better. most will tell you not to go water cooling because water and electric don't mix! but personally i want to put water cooling in my system soon, but thats just me.
