digital camera problem

not sure if this is the place to put this but i have an old kodak DC280 digital camera and when i am transfering pictures by connecting the camera on to the usb port and double clicking on the digital camera icon on My Computer and load the pictures and when i want to transfer them from the camera to the pc by right clicking the pictures that i want to transfer and click on send to nothing comes out on the side does anyone know why
