good MOBO for Duron 800

is the Asus A7V333 a good MOBO for a Duron? i have a 800mhz unlocked and i want to OC it as a first like to see if i can OC. that way if i mess up it wont hurt a good system.

anyway all i want is for it to OC well and be somewhat cheap. i know i need some good RAM too so if anyone knows of a good price or kind let me know. thanks!

That's an ASUS motherboard and it should overclock fairly well. But take a look at the Soltek motherboards too.

For good inexpensive RAM that overclocks well, look at Geil.
