Beep Codes
I recently built a new machine; Contents=antec 430Wtrue power power supply; Lian-Li PC-61 Case;P4 3.0G processor; Ati Radeon 9600xt card;Abit IC7g M/B; 4-Crucial PC-3200 DDR Menory. Followed all steps in M/B instructions to the letter. Used hard drive I had 40gig Maxtor. When I turned it on the first time I got a beep code Beep- Beep.Beep. Then a few seconds later a load alternating sound then I shut the power off. Itried it again got the same response this time it shut down before I could get to it. Now all I get is the green light on the mother board when I power it up. I do see the keyboard check when I first turn the power on but nothing else. Pheonix site says this is a M/B problem or component. Any suggestions.
