Bios

how do you get into BIOS if there is an operating system installed. you need to to overclock correct?

If its a self built computer, there should be a message that says "Press [Delete] to enter setup" (it may not be Delete for your particular BIOS. If it's a prebuilt machine, like a Dell or HP (which you would not be able to OC), just search the Help and Support files that came with the PC for BIOS, and it should give you the key(s) to push.
