fqpissed Hp PSC 950 All in One

Hello

Please help!!!!

I am running windows xp and cannot get my HP PSC 950 printer to install. I have the latest software from HP which installs but when it comes to continue to install the hardware I get an error message saying the installation has failed. I can load this printer on my laptop. Is it plug and play drivers is it permissions, is it the bio??????

Are you following the install sequence exactly? This is critical with USB devices.

You will find a lot of USB devices are plugged in with power on, you start with the install CD and at a point it will tell you to plug the device in.

Make sure you remove the ink cartridges before you try to install it. Dont know why but my 750 would not reinstall untill I removed them.
