That message is referring to the RAID controller BIOS. If you're not using the RAID controllers, don't worry about the message. Just disable RAID in BIOS.

what i do, i make a bootable copy of the program awdflash.exe, along with the BIOS .bin file i want to flash to. you boot from the diskette and you will come to an a:\. after that, you type awdflash.exe and hit enter. after that, you type in your BIOS .bin filename and hit enter. congrats you have successfully flashed your BIOS. just make sure you dont do it during a lightning storm or when you think the power to your system could be interrupted somehow. you will lose your BIOS and need to purchase either a new flashrom or a new mobo all together. if youd like i can teach you the skillfull art of BIOS hotflashing. this is a trick with nforce2 mobos that involves swapping BIOS chips on a machine while its running. you boot a machine, pull the good BIOS, put in the corrupted BIOS, and when in windows you flash a new BIOS to the chip. it works good, ive saved a few boards hotflashing them. it sounds like its hard, but its quite simple to do.
