I was buying ink from 123inkjets for a while. They had great service and really good prices on generic ink.
My last batch, I bought off ebay.

If you want OEM ink tanks, go to Sam's or Costco.

I used the 123inkjets ink for over a year, and never had any problems with it. I had and Epson c-60, but have since bought a canon i850.
The epson ink I used served me well, but i didnt use it to print anything of great importance. The kids mostly use the printer.
If I were printing pictures and such, I may have went with a better ink, but the cheap stuff was fine for me.
For the price of it, its probably worth trying just to see if ya like it.

Do be careful with cheap ink - I have a customer that has a small music studio, and he prints tons of CD jewel case inserts. He went through 3 Epson printers using cheap ink, it just tore them up. He's using Canon now with no problems - yet - because he's using Canon ink.
