What to do with Lexmark Z32????

My printer won't turn on, but the power adapter is ok, I checked the voltage. Anybody know what might be the problem with the Lexmark printer and how to repair or where I can send it around here. I also don't see any fuses or reset button. I am in S Louisiana.
Please reply ASAP
Thanks

lexmark used to replace them under warranty , all you have to do is call them up at their toll free number and talk to them about it ....they will also help you troubleshoot it too

Agreed. If it won't even turn on, it's broke, this is pretty straightforward, it's not like a noise or no print issue. If it's on warranty, Lexmark will take care of you. If it's past warranty, it will probably be cheaper to replace than repair.

Lexmark help

Thanks for the assistance. I will call Lexmark to ask about my options but it is 4 yr old and I would possibly send it for a repair estimate, which involves shipping costs. It appears to be in the electronic circuit board ?????? Thanks again

If it is that old, it is a trashcan case> and time to buy a new printer.

Not worth replacing the circuit board - I suspect that is the problem anyway. Even a cheap entry level new printer will print better quality than a 4 year old inkjet.

Lexmark help?

Thanks for your suggestions. I have an older HP that has worked great. I can't believe that a 4 yr old printer that was never used frequently would be worthless. It printed well and I would have wanted to repair. Where can I find/buy a replacement circuit board and what would it cost?
Anybody know how to go about replacing it in the printer?
I see it in there but it appears to be difficult to access.
Thanks again

Believe. Service parts are more expensive than a new printer and aren't easy to find. Inkjets are built to be throwaways, and have been for quite a few years now.

Hey, a lot of people I've talked to about their printers would be happy with a lifespan of 4 years! Does not make it acceptable though.
