Cannot download directx9 from microsoft, hangs at startup
Help, why is it when I try to download dirctx 9 from microsoft, it hangs at the download components stage. It acts like I have it blocked through firewaill but I even uninstalled my firewalll. After a few mintues it says it cannot download and to check my network settings. I have cable and can download everything just fine, including updates, just cannot download directx. what is wrong ?

I figured it out. Sygate was blocking it even though i didnt turn sygate on! Im tired of firewalls doing their own things!
