5.25 External Enclosures
Hey everyone.
I'm looking to get an external enclosure primarily for HD use with archiving data. I want something that swaps drives easily, runs fairly cool (so as to not cause damage to HD), and is cheap. I was leaning toward the Bytecc brand, specifically the one that is about $35. Anyone have any suggestions? Should I be thinking about other features? USB or firewire is fine. Thanks! |

I think maybe you would be better off with a 3.5" inclouser as most hard drives are 3.5".
the one I am useing works great |

Wanted a 5.25 in case I decided to use a rom drive with it or something. I like flexibility in many things!

that may be a tough decission as the cases that are for hard drives are differant than the ones for optical drives, at least the ones I have seen.
