Question Setting up SATA RAID on current system

Just a quick question. I am about to get a second Raptor HDD to add to the system in my sig. I want to run it in a RAID 0 array with my current Raptor. Am I going to need to reinstall my OS and all my programs to get a RAID array going? If I have to I will, but I have my system set up just the way I like it, and would rather avoid the hassle if possible. Thanks!

Yes, but here's a possible way around it. Image the existing drive, set up your array, and then restore the image.

I had 2 raptors in my shopping cart at newegg the other day, by the time i picked out my new ram and HSF, they were OOS...guess it wasn't meant to be right then Any HDD imaging program should work for that...I never thought of doing that though, thanx Glc
