are there celerons with 400fsb that arent compatible with 865pe?

I found a 1.7ghz celeron on ebay but the site says it's a 478 pin PPGA on the intel site they only list MPGA as compatible with 865pe or any of the new chipsets. Is it a mistake on the part of the seller or are there such variations of the celeron?

The 1.7 is a Willamette core Celeron, and may not be compatible. You need to look at the CPU compatibility chart for the exact motherboard you have.
