Peltier cooling?
Is it any good, i see on dangerden they cost only 38 bucks, maybe i should get one, are they good for overclocking, how do i set one up? what materials will i need... is watercooling better?

peltier cooling os the most dangerous form of cooling besides LN2, because one side of the pad is hot and the other side is cold. ive seen a few catch on fire. you use pelts in conjunction with watercooling and you hook them up to your power supply.

You need to watercool with a peltier, One side gets hot and one gets cold. If the hot side is not cooled the peltier will break. I'm not sure if you want this for video card or processor but here is a good guide for vid card i came across recently. If you are looking into processor it should still give you a general idea. You can also try google for a good guide on installing onto a CPU.

How about a nice watercooling setup for amd's, i get confused configuring on dangerden though
