Best LED fans and fan/temp controller??
As I continue to accumulate the components and software for a new computer build (my first in many years), I would appreciate opinions as to the best quality/quietest 8 cm LED ball-bearning fans (hope they would have RPM sensors) and also the best fan controller and temperature monitor (or combination) that would fill an empty external 5.25 nch drive bay.
While I would want to plug some of the 4 case and CPU fans into the mobo, I would like to be able to control the speed of some of the fans manuall as well as to do so automatically. The OEM fans in my CoolerMaster ATC-201B case are sleeved and not ball-bearing and the front two are 2 watt fans instead of 7 watt fans like the other two. There appear to be lots of fans and fan/temp controllers from which to choose and recommendations and suggestions from experienced users would help. MikeSp |

I just ordered a Thermaltake Hardcano 12 fan controller. I liked the specs and looks. It should be here in a few days. I'll post up how I like it.

i prefer the vantec nexus....very cost effective, can light up red or blue, and can control lots of fans.
