I just accidentally erased my cdrw. dang it. i used the built-in thing from the my computer sidebar. dang. Is there anyway to get the files back? or at least get the names of those files so i can download them again?
ps i haven't written over the disc...yet

Don't think it will help, but look in the recycle bin. That's the only place I know where they might still be found.

I have heard there's a proggie called Bad Copy 3 that recovers info in CD-Rs. Maybe it would help your situation too. I have no link since I know about it from hearsay but Google should be able to find it.
