Lian Li PC-61 (PC 61) ATX Aluminum case

First Impressions:
Coming out of the box this case is strikingly light weight. Various pieces of the case have been polished nicely, and there isn't any flaws. The box is rather nice displaying the case's up to 4, 5.25" bays, 3, 3.5" bays, and an added 5, 3.5" internal bays.

Getting down to it:
The instruction diagram is a striking piece of work. There is an array of features, borderline excessive that come with this board. It it probably designed to be a work station, but is no larger than any other ATX case. The Generous use of thumbscrews are a godsend. However the amount of motherboard clips seem to be highly excessive. There are probably 20 clips and only six motherboard screws. Back to bussiness though. If you want an easy assembly, this is the case to go with. the 3.5" bays slide in and out nicely, as does the Lovely slide out, removable motherboard tray. The aluminum doesn't seem to scratch, and the fans that come with the case are ultra quiet.

All in all, there are 4 fans that come with this case. 1 top blowwhole. 1 Rear intake. Then there are two front intakes that have a variable speed control hooked up to them as well as Thin, but effective looking filter plastic foam stuff.

All in all there really isn't anything bad I have to say about this case. The design is simple yet elegant. It is perfect for someone that wants to do a complete mod. It doesn't come with a power supply, so one would have to buy a nice quality one.

I'm not sure if reviews are still valid on this board but seeing as there are none you can post your review here as suggest in the top thread in this forum. In the upper right hand corner you'll see "upload products". Which I might add by the way, is rather difficult to find at first.

And this site could use some more reviews! First user review by anyone else since I got here in 2003!
