The new strategy goes something like this: He's now in Iraq. Let's go a bomb that place and get rid of Hussein. He has now fled to Yemen. Let's take them out. He's in Somalia. Let's do it. I don't know how but he has made it to N. Korea. ... It is kind of like a Where's Waldo game with bombs.
