Stuck on a project.
F@H seems to be starting over and over on a /1000 protien. It has had it for several days and just keeps restarting after sometimes getting up to around 600+/1000 on it. Right now it's back at 120/1000. Have I done something wrong or do I need to DL it again.

how fast is your processor? it may not be completing in the required time limit.

Are you deleting your Temporary Files folder by any chance? I think Jimmie may have mentioned that as a problem. I'd go to Configuration and set your Core Priority to Slightly Higher in case something else running in the background is bumping your fold. If you get a chance, cut and paste the part of your Log File where the fold starts over.

My processor is an Atholon 1 gig.
