F@H - Protein 2684 Time Per Frame?
Can you check to see if you're running this protein (2684)? It's named p237_c21MUre99p and is worth 160 pts. I keep getting changes in its time per frame. At times it'll do a frame in around 30 mins (on a P4 2.4C), but it keeps reverting back to over 1.5 hrs per for some reason.
What's your time per frame and system, if you find this protein running? Thx.

After looking back through some of my logs I found on a 2.8C (running at 3.1 with HT) that the early frames where finishing around 00:28 to 00:36
EDIT to correct the time frames. All of the frames were 28-36 mins I was scrolling to far down the log file with VNC and mixed WU's up.

Aw, I saw your original text in the email notification, and I thought we were onto something for a second. After digging around, I found

Moral of the story: If you notice frames taking longer that normal, check the log file. All it takes is a restart to get it back on track. |

Good tip Kov-Ice. I actually just did that with my current WU, and rather than 1hr 45min per frame, it's down to about 15min.
