new Beta clients

http://folding.stanford.edu/beta/

as far as i know no one on our team is having the "QMD RAM problem" but they have released a client to help with this problem. i downloaded it just to see what was different and it now has the option to specify how much RAM is used per instance. maybe this will get OC-AMD back into folding.
