I'm running F@H as a service on a few computers, but I would like to lower the cpu usage on 1 or 2 of them.
How would I go about this??? Thanks

If you right click on the tray icon and go into 'Configure' and then select the 'Advanced' tab there's a CPU Percentage Usage slider bar - just decrease it to what you want.

I said it's running as a service, there is no tray icon.

Apologies, is there any way of getting into the configuration?

Thanks E, you're awesome dawg.
btw, what is the "computer ID" ? ...it only goes to 8, but I thought you could have infinite machines under your name? J/W thanks again |

the machine ID is for computers with more than 1 cpu, say you have 4 cpu's in one big server. you can run 4 different folding programs but each one will have a different number to specify each cpu.
you can have a million computers with the same machine ID as long as they are different physical computers. |
