finally managed to get two clients running on my P4 box,
one says it's P1495_tet_new 125,000 steps the other is P1497_tethered vesicles 125,000 steps. I went to the Stanford site to check how many points they were worth, but the site wont accept them as vaid wu's. the reply is there is no info any guesses as to what's going on? |

Maybe Stanford hasn't updated the project list to reflect those prots yet. Are they making progress alright?

Both units are worth 364 points. Sometimes, for some reason, some units dont always show up on that page, I have noticed this before.

about 38% completed now. I downloaded EMIII, but it was WAY too comlicated for me to get it up and running, so I deleted it. I'll stick with viewing the log files. |

As long as they're both running, that's good news. EMIII is a great way to monitor. Once you get it pointed to the right places, it's pretty much hands free.
When you click on the microscope button once the program is opened, it takes you to a config window. There's a text bar at the bottom that is titled 'Box Path.' All you have to do is locate your F@H folders and drag the .exe icon into that box (or you can browse to it.) Give it a 'Box Name,' and it will monitor that protein. Click 'Add a Box,' and do it again for your second. The button on the main skin that looks like a piece of paper allows you to configure the screen for as many boxen as you are tracking. Give it a shot again when you have time, and someone will help you out if you run into any probs. |

unit 3039 is worth 186 points. I found this on this page: http://fah-web.stanford.edu/psummary.html about the third from the bottom
