cant connect o server?
im running the GUI i think... the graphic user interface one and it has been trying to send results for a while now and it hasn't done it. im always connect to my router so idk whats going on?

Every once in a while, one of the results servers at Stanford will go offline. The client will hold the results in queue (it can hold up to 10 at a time), and it will intermitently try to send the results until successful.
Did your client download and start on another WU in the meantime?

yes it did i was just wondering since it has been holding the results for quite a while.

If you look in the FAHlog.txt file, you can find the server number that your client is attempting to contact. You can then check out the Stanford Server Status Page to see what's up.

Hey, dog, did you ever get your results sent in?
There is an issue with upgrading to IE7 that causes some results to not be sent. In the client config, when it asks to "Use IE Settings?" you need to put No instead of Yes. Just in case that works for you... |
