Stop folding - sending in last WU
Hi,
I am currently running two instances of the F@H client on my Q6600, but I want to stop these so I can move onto using the SMP client. I remember reading a while back that there is a way to make it stop folding after the current WU has been completed and sent, but cannot find this information now - so can someone please remind me how to do this. If you need to know, I am running both instances as a service and am using Vista Home Premium 64bit. Thanks! |

1. Stop and then disable the 2 F@H services.
2. In each F@H folder in Windows Explorer, create a file called "oneunit.bat" with this line (of course, if your FAH exe file is different, replace it): Code:
FAH504-Console.exe -oneunit 4. Once the DOS window closes, that means you have finished and successfully sent the work unit, so make sure you leave the DOS window open and minimized. |

Thanks guys, works fine.
Will try and setup the SMP client tomorrow, but hopefully I won't need any help for that. |
