You need to wait until the stats are updated, after finishing my first WU the stats sig didn't show anything, now it's updated:

Okay, something's must be wrong. ive been tried a few times today to get that sig. Still doesnt work. im registered on the team member list. but I cant get a preview in Statgfx. It says that my user stats have been updated at 15:08:41 PST, my first WU was done before then. My problem does relate to this:

http://www.statgfx.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=126

But that thread doesnt help all that much.

It could stll take the sig generaor a lil while longer, back when I used it for a sig it would be 400-500 points off so it does run way behind on the updates.

www.Statgfx.com

As you can see mine is off 440 points and the cpu count is off as well

The stats sigs seems to take up so much space as well. They're neat to have sometimes, but once you've seen them they lose their appeal.

BTW, seems trivial, I know, but I just wanted to point out that this is the 1,000th post in this thread!!! Wow.

Naja, you're right. It is good advertising. I guess I just prefer to throw a link in my sig that points to one of these main Folding threads, tho. To each his own...

For some reason BB code isn't working, use this instead:
Code:

i'm folding. I have been for a while. Although when first setting it up, it was late and i had a typo. Put colecofer instead of colecifer. Everything is running great now though.

Alright, I've finished the first 2 WU on PC1 and I'm on the list. Once I get past the current problems with build 3 I will be able to finish setting up PC2 as a 24/7 P2P sever and will install 2 copies of the folding@Home on that.

Can I use the Nic Naja for all 3, or do I need to use Naja, Naja1, Naja2, etc?

Use the same nic for the username for all PC's and use Machine ID 1 or Machine 2 in the configuration to identify the seperate clients for Hyperthreading or dual cpus in which you are running multiple instances of the client.

Check out the link in my signature. It goes to the thread right below this one in the distributed computing forum. Has all the info you'd ever need to know about DC. If you have anymore questions about DC itself just ask. I'm doing a research paper on it right now. And if you just want to discuss distributed computing PM me. I dont mind hearing all views on it
