F@H Corrupting Taskbar

Since I started using F@H (graphical client) the 'tooltip' displays on my taskbar have either been mixed up or just displaying black. I installed the hotfix to repair this, and it works for a while, then goes back.

This only happens when running F@H

I downloaded the text client, and set it as a service, but I don't want this to interfere with my gaming.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what i could do?

thanks
Mike

Hey Mike, did you try both hotfixes in the zip file I sent?

The text console has never in my experience affected any programs or games. The fault lies with OpenGL problems when using the Graphic client. The console will slow or stop working when you are doing something else that uses the processor, so I'd just stick with it.

Thanks for the responses

Force: Yes I tried both. They would work for a while and then the problem would resume. Thanks anyways though.

What I have set up now is the text console opening on startup into the system tray via Tray-it. I don't really mind the little bit of memory that tray-it takes up. The program is more accessible from there than as a service anyways.

Thanks again

Mike
