In this Folding at home guide under 5-B there is instructions on how to setup 2 console clilents but you will also need to read up on running the single console client as well or you can run them as a service with the dually version you just have to edit the config file to match your username and team number 13761 before you install it.

I'm currently running two virtual processors and I have to say this: If one F@H program is taking 49% of my "total" cpu resources and the other is also using that, give or take 1%- then how is that any different than running one F@H program at 99%?

If it's not an Intel cpu that supports Hyperthreading or a multiple cpu setup, you will see no difference with the production. If running 2 instances on a hyperthreading cpu like a 2.8 is almoist like running 2 clients on 2 1.6Ghz cpu's at the same time and will give you a 20-30% increase in production over running one instance.
