Finally DOOM 3 release date ...... 80% sure
At long last a release date has sort of been set ....

i have 56k and dont want to read it
 that sounded mean but it wasent ment to be. Is it still set to come out july 20? Im not really looking forward to it, as id rather play cs or some other game, but hey im sure ill pick it up. Or maybe not, i might not have the money, i gotta get ncaa football 2005.

I already saw a pre-order box at EB Games, so that may be a good sign.
But then again, if I recall correctly I also saw HL2 boxes last november.

It's looking pretty good, but be carefull of EB release dates. I saw one time that HL2 was going to be released on January 2003.

I understand the skepticism, but I think this release date can be trusted this time. Pre-Release boxes at EB games for Half Life 2 and Doom 3 have been on the shelves for awhile, true. But I’m seeing them at Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Future Shop, MicroPlay and other stores here in Canada.
Besides ID was done with beta testing last month and the game is soon to be delivered to Activision. Not to mention the game has been delayed long enough. Companies need to make money sooner or later right? Any hoot, the game will be released when it’s released and I for one will be busy during week nights after it’s release. grinning, rubbing hands together |

I have about a years worth of reasons heheheh as force said meh, I'll believe it when I actually see it come out. as long as it comes out before WoW so itll keep me busy till then.

I saw a preorder box for it at Best Buys...the back of the box made the game look so ugly though. It's like they picked the worst screenshots they could find and slapped them to the back. I wont be getting it anyway. Too much gore for me.

I see many different realese dates on different sites which makes me believe that that date is a complete bs.
