Ground Control 2

Finally found another game that resembles C&C Generals !!

Bought it yesterday and played a quick 5 minute Tutorial. I love this style of game like WC3 and C&C series

check it out Ground Control 2

cheers

Looks like a cool game, Pro. I just checked through some of the screenshots and they looked pretty nice.

My friend reserved his copy at Gamestop. He went there three times and they sold his copy off and told him to come back. He came back again and it was sold out. Finally, after about 4 hours of waiting, he got it. It looks good to me. Reminds me of a 3D-type Starcraft because there's alien-type troops and vehicles.

I have the first one, and the second one looks pretty sweet, but i have a question, can you save during missions? The first Ground Control had no feature to save during a mission, like most rts do, so lets say your defeated right before you finish your objective, you gotta play the whole level over, very annyoing when your ambushed and stuff.

That's why I love Command & Conquer games: you can save anytime.

Wow! Looks pretty sweet! The demo is on the CD I got this month with Maximum PC. I'll be checking that one out!

Those graphics look impressive. Are they as good in real time as they are in the screenshots?

Beautyful game and extremly strategic , Ive restarted many levels cause of trying to rush in. If an enemy takes your airfield they can deploy troops there. And yes you can save whenever ya want. Way better than C&C Generals.

The good news is that you can download the original Ground Control legally over at www.gamespy.com . They are giving it away as a special treat to promote the sequel. I downloaded it myself and must say it's quite good!
