Installation Problem! 'Specified component cannot be found'

I have been a long time B1942 player - I recently had to reformat my HD and ended up reinstalling my system and everything else.

When I came to reinstalling B1942, it gets to:
7% at:
C:\program files\EA Games\Battlefield 1942\Archives\sound.rfa

And I get the message:

Exit Setup
! Specified component cannot be found in the media. An Attempt was made to access a component that does not exist in the named media.

When I click 'ok' the installation stops.

Anyone have any ideas??
