if anyone knows anything about command and conquer generals zero hour please help

im runnng a 3.2GHz pentuim with a radeon 9800 pro, and for some odd reason whenever i play as usa my screen blanks out when there are more than 5 tanks on the screen, however this is only with usa, and only when i am usa, the game has no problem when others or computer players are usa. it also has no problem when i am other teams its just usa. i know this probably isnt the most productive place to post but i've tried elewhere and to no avail so if anyone knows anything please help me out. thanks

yeah only usa thats why its so odd, nothing else makes the screen go black like that

Have you searched their online sites/forums to see if there's any patches to solve this problem?? Or whether anyone else has had this problem.
Finally, make sure you have a legit copy

Don't know what wrong with your game. Maybe the cd itself is faulty? I've had lots of tanks, USA, nothing like that happend.

Very Strange problem... I've been running the game on various different machines..... and with various differrent patches and its been fine.

I take it you have the most up to date version?

You could try a re-install, you can keep your save game files but copy them just to be sure (they're in my documents i think)
