Where should I be at? 3DMark and Doom3

I am also having the random shutdowns on D3.

Question, my system is Barton 2500 with 1GB RAM and my graphics card is a Radeon AIW 9600 /w 128 RAM.

My 3D03Mark Score is coming up at 2487 and then again at 2484.

I uninstalled then reinstalled the lastest drivers from the ATI website.

What kind of score should I be looking at? I could have sworn when I first got my Barton about 7 months ago i was in the 7000 range.

Also, when it asks you in Doom3 setup (for those of you that have it) what should I be choosing? High quality? Extremly high quality? Low? I know I don't have a powerhouse of a rig but it's not crap either.

Needless to say I need a fix and also I just bought a 3200 Chip to increase my speed so I can play Doom3 smoothly.

You know you're a geek when you drop 60 on a game and then another 200 to make sure it runs smooth.

You should be okay at medium settings on D3. Drop in that 3200 if yours.
