Possible problem from my FX5200???

I'm running an Apollo FX5200 256MB card in a P3 700Mhz and 256MB SDRAM. I'm trying to play Asheron's Call 2 Trial Version. But my computer seems to lock up as I'm trying to enter world. ( I was able to play for about 3 min once but other than that it locks up almost as soon as I'm the in game world). I also tried to play an older game I used to play before I got the card. Now whenever I'm playing the game it seems to lock up as well in less than 1 min. So I'm thinkin the card is the source of the problem. I used the highest version driver that came in the cd. I also went online to find newer drivers but the newest drivers aren't Window's certified. But I think I do have the latest windows certified driver. So I'm not sure what the problem might be. If anyone has any suggestions feel free to comment.
