how do you run it? I mean you download it and then what? How do I apply it to the actual game?

did you read the readme file? It tells you where to put the pack005 (or something like that) file, all you need to do. Works great. But like they say it doesnt replace the flashlight. It only lets you see what your shooting at, if you use it to lightup a dark place you wont see anything. Look to the screenshot and see how far I needed to be just to lightup all the text but when theres a monster right in front of you in the dark youll be happy to have it!

That mod really helps, you can finally see what your shooting.
Its too bad it is not on the plasma gun thingy. |

all the plasma gun is good for are the lost souls and they glow so it doesnt matter

That did bother me too TwoRails, the lack of a flashlight rail or some other way to have both your weapon drawn and flashlight out at the same time.

yay, im glad this came out early. Just like the above, it was real lame shooting monsters in the dark, let me see those graphics that i spent $200 on a new video card to see......besides, its more realistic....ya, lets go shoot deadly things in the dark
