Finally Beat Far Cry

Man a complete play though of Far Cry. I am not much into first person shooters, but their was a good story with this and I have to say I enjoyed it.

If you pay it, be sure to watch the movies and try not to look up cheats. You will get much more out of it that way. I liked the way the story unfolded.

Favorite level was the River, I had too much fun on that one.

FArCry just seems different than other first person shooters... I cant put my finger on what that is, exactly, but I just suck at it. I've played 1stpersons more than any other genre, but FarCry seems different...

Hmmm.... I may have to buy the game. The demo didn't seem that impressive other than the graphics but that's usually how it goes. Full games are often better than the demo.

Time to test my new build at a graphics intense game . I just might get it once my budget allows - until then, Doom 3 is good enough.

128mb is definately alright for this game. I am running it on good quality with a 9600 Pro at a 1024 x 768 pixel resolution.

The game is definitely worth buying Hi Ho, just don't play the game full out from the point that you get it home, it soon becomes boring (or finished ). LoL, I play it on my FX5200, on medium. Still good though!

From what I've read, Far Cry was one of the first games where you will actually notice a difference between 256 and 128meg, especially in the larger levels.

I echo what Hiho said about the demo of farcry not being to impressive , yet I've read alot of reviews , and I've heard nothing but good things about this game. Kinda like Doom 3 , it seems the one player is where the game really shines.
