C & C: Generals : RESOLUTION PROBLEM

i set my resolution for command and conquer generals too high, and now there is no picture! how do i change it back to a stable resolution if i can't see the menu??

Reboot and tap F5 or F8 (can't remember which) and boot into safe mode. You can change your resolution from there.

Rubbing it in are we? hehe

no, i'm talking about in the game. Windows is fine, its just the game itself that has the problem.

i'm sorry i can't get u the file spyder!!!! lol

I don't have the game but in the start menu in the game folder is there a configure C&C Generals anywhere? Sometimes games have a configurer outside of the game incase something goes wrong. UT even has a safe mode so check and see if it has anything like that. Just a thought, good luck.

does anyone know where i go to to email EA for technical support?

the only site i can find it http://eatech.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/e..._prod_lvl1=429

but that's a help database. i don't know where i go to email them...

eh.. oh well. i reinstalled it and its ok now. not too much harm done. its a good thing i copied my saved games so that i don't have to start all over again.

but if anyone does have the soulution to this problem, please say so in case someone else has this same problem. thanks
