I might get it, but if I do it won't be right away. I want to wait for some user reviews before buying it, as well as read up on some other reviews.

I want it, but there are other games that I am going to spend my money on first.

I might play it at a friends house but I really can't see myself buying that game. I've seen good reviews of it but something about everyone else in the world playing it, like your grandma who knows nothing else about other games, just drives me away from it. Some ppl think your gay if you play it b/c of all the home decorating you do, and that's just funny. But really, since it's getting such great reviews then go buy it. It seems like fun. Better graphics too.

GameSpot gave it high marks. HERE is the review. I have The Sims "Deluxe Edition" and It was extremely addicting when I first got it. I played it a lot. I may pick up Sims 2 but it won't be any time soon.

I don't know. I like killing things. Maybe I'm a product of our violent society, but it won't keep my attention if I'm not shooting something.

Bought the Sims 2 and from what I have played so far it's a good game. The only thing funny is when my sim had a baby it wasn't just one - it was twins what a nightmare trying to organize that.

Kudos to the Sim2 team.
The game comes out on DVD !
I just bumped this game up to second, after I buy the latest Vampire Masquerade and before HL2.

never really got into the Sims games... although i think i might wanna try this one out to see how it is...

Right now, im hooked on Fable... i cant stop.... maybe its the blood red eyes, and massive horns growing on my head, andlong with my red cloud and flies following me that makes it so addicting

you guys should try it out... if you like rpgs...
graphics arent the best... and it wasnt worth all it hype... but i still think it was amazing

You could just make a swimming pool, make them go in, then take out the exits so they can't get of the pool. Or put them in a room and remove all the doors. That's a way to kill a sim .

I learned one secret on how to murder everyone in Sims (1) /w house party. You invite everyone over, have them come into one room, delete the doors, and add fireworks.
set the fireworks off, and the house goes on fire, and everyone is trapped and burns. The house owner gets depressed and is like "damn. me and my pyrotechnics."

I love it... a nice, healthy family-oriented fun game like the Sims, and we instantly degenerate into the best way to kill a Sim LOL!!!

Well, once you get bored with making them live, it's the next natural step .
