Halo 3

I haven't finished the game yet but i've read a couple forums saying that the ending sucked and came to quick. I like the game so far, there are some things that kind of disappoint me but nothing that bothersome. It has been a long time since i really played halo 1, so when i picked up and started playing Halo 2 it was like a new game since i had forgotten much of the gameplay of halo. As you can probably see from these past couple of sentences I am not a hardcore Halo fan. I loved the game but I didn't play it for months upon months. I do have some fond memories from halo however(plasma nadin a wart hog on silent cartographer to see how high we could get it, multiplayer, the flood, good times ). Anyways on to my question.

Halo 3. From the forums that i read the ending of the game pretty much is a cliffhanger and a garuntee of another game. This is probably way to early to ask, but what would you like to see in halo 3? I know this is a PC site, but i figured there might be some Xbox and Halo fans here.

i would like it if they brighten up the multiplayer arena's. they seem so dark now, compared to halo 1. and some people may like how the dumbed down the pistol, but i don't... that used to be the most useful weapon almost... now it's almost a nuisance to use.

i'd expect halo 3 to be slated for release in early 2006, then actually released in mid 2007. haha.

if there is one, probably for xbox next. and the pistol doesn't suck. it is still just as powerful in firepower. try dualing magnums and see how fast you kill elites and people.

That's Microsoft time. After HL2 comes out, watch HL3, if they make it, be announced to release on 2006 and actually released in 2009...too easy to imagine

ya i was really dissapointed with the end of Halo 2 as well....it left me with too many questions ,that i developed throught out the game, unanswered. I was hoping that it would tie everything together in the end but i guess thats what the geniuses at Bungie studios wanted is for us to be left wanting more. All that aside i felt the gmae ended very abruptly and nothing was really accomplsihed by the player, as in the first Halo the first ring was destroyed...i was expecting something along those lines.....anyways that is my rant, let me know what you guys think

I just finished the game the other day too. I also thought it was way too short. I mean i was fighting that last guy with the hammer and killed him in like 30 secs.(co-op) and then the movie started playing again and MC said that last line and it was like over. I was like what the h*ll?! Anyways, i also agree that it was too short. Overall the game was definately good but i don't think it was up to par with the first Halo. Can't wait for the next one now!!

i'll be excited for Halo 3 b/c i'll be curious to see how the story plays out...

but i didnt buy halo2 for the campaign. MP is still the game's storng point, imo, and i think if you're playing halo at all, it should be MP

Oh definitley man....Halo 2 is the world's most amazing multiplayer game, and i agree with you, Halo 2 is all about the multiplayer, I dont have XBox Live yet but i have played it with friends and it is spectacular...there is no other words to describe it
